I handle our monthly referral commissions. Before this I was cross-checking Shopify orders, chat screenshots, and a spreadsheet — easy to miss something or pay twice. Now I work off monthly settlement batches by staff: draft, confirm, then mark paid, with notes and timestamps. Reports export to CSV so I can match them to payroll.
